The Aviation Leadership Award is the flagship recognition for the senior aviation executive who has steered an airline, airport, MRO, cargo, ground-handling or air-navigation operation to measurable operational excellence and growth. Unlike our specialist aviation categories, this honour sits above the value chain and rewards enterprise-level leadership: keeping a safety-critical, capital-intensive business resilient through cyclical demand and disruption while expanding network, capacity and performance. Winners are selected solely by our independent expert jury on demonstrated merit.
Merit-based · Independent jury · No public voting. Winners are chosen on achievement alone, then celebrated at the gala on 14 November 2026 in Dubai.
