Hospitality Leadership Award

The Hospitality Leadership Award honours the leader behind a standout property or organisation โ€” the person whose vision set the direction and whose people-first leadership made it real. This is not an award for a single quarter of strong numbers; it recognises the rarer ability to articulate a compelling vision, build a culture people want to belong to, develop the talent that carries it forward, and leave an organisation measurably stronger than they found it. Nominees are judged on the substance and human impact of their leadership, not on title or property size.

Merit-based ยท Independent jury ยท No public voting. Winners are chosen on achievement alone, then celebrated at the gala on 14 November 2026 in Dubai.
