Hotel Innovation Award

The Hotel Innovation Award recognises a General Manager who has introduced bold, original thinking that meaningfully elevates the guest experience or operational performance of their hotel. This is not an award for polish or pedigree โ€” it celebrates the leader who challenged convention, championed a new idea against resistance, and proved it worked. Selection is made on merit by an independent expert jury, with originality and demonstrable impact weighing far more than budget or brand size.
