The Lifetime Achievement Award is the most prestigious recognition in the World GM Awards programme. Rather than celebrating a single outstanding year, it honours the full arc of a distinguished career — decades of leadership across hotels, resorts, restaurants, spa, tourism or aviation. The independent jury looks for a leader whose sustained service, mentorship of others and enduring contribution have measurably shaped how the industry operates. It is a tribute to legacy, influence and the people and standards a great career leaves behind.
Merit-based · Independent jury · No public voting. Winners are chosen on achievement alone, then celebrated at the gala on 14 November 2026 in Dubai.
