Two Distinct Fees in Your Awards Journey
There are two distinct types of fees involved in your World GM Awards participation journey. Understanding each one clearly will help you plan your participation with full confidence.
Merit-Based Selection: Paying any fee does not guarantee winning. Winner selection is based only on merit, eligibility, achievements, jury review and final evaluation quality.
Nomination Fee
The official participation fee that allows a General Manager, hotel, resort, hospitality group or organisation to officially enter the award program and be considered for evaluation.

Winner Package Fee
Applicable only after being independently selected as a winner. It grants the official right to use the award title, award logo and winner branding materials, along with physical and digital recognition items, gala access and promotional visibility.

The fee structure is designed to keep the process transparent. The nomination fee supports official participation and evaluation access, while the winner package fee helps confirmed winners celebrate, promote and professionally showcase their achievement after being independently selected by the jury.
What the Nomination Package Gives You
The Nomination Package allows eligible participants to officially submit their hotel, hospitality business, leadership profile or General Manager profile into the award program. It provides structured access to the award platform, category participation, nominee visibility and support services based on the selected package.
All award selections are based on merit. Paying a nomination fee does not guarantee winning. Higher packages provide more participation opportunities — but final winner selection depends only on merit, eligibility, achievements, jury review and evaluation quality.

Higher packages such as Diamond, Platinum and Titanium provide more participation opportunities because nominees can enter multiple award programs and multiple categories. Winner packages are ordered after the official announcement. Each highlight builds on the previous tier (“+” items are in addition to the package below it). Physical items can be shipped at additional cost or collected at the gala.

- Paying the nomination fee does not guarantee winning.

- Award credits are valid only for the same-year award program.
- Nomination fees are non-refundable.
- Nominations and award credits are non-transferable.
- Credits cannot be carried forward to a future year or program.
- The organiser may verify any information submitted with a nomination.
- False, misleading or unverifiable information may lead to disqualification.
- Award logo and name usage is subject to official branding guidelines.
- Winner logo usage requires confirmed winner status and Winner Package approval.
Winner Package — Important Notes
- Only confirmed winners are eligible to order a Winner Package.
- Ordering a Winner Package does not influence or guarantee selection.
- Winners have a 10-day window from the official announcement to order.
- One award title corresponds to one Winner Package.
- One Winner Package is required per award program.
- Winning multiple categories within one program requires only one Winner Package. Example: if a company wins at the World GM Awards in three categories, only one Winner Package is required for World GM Awards.
- Each package includes one physical item of each type.
- Additional physical items (extra trophies, plaques, medals) are available at additional cost.
- Winner materials are personalised with name, category and award year.
- Award title, logo and branding rights apply only once the Winner Package is ordered and approved (per tier).
- If a Winner Package is not ordered, references to the win, title and logo must be removed within 15 days.

Grants rights to use the award title, logo and winner branding materials per the package tier. If not ordered, remove all references to the award, title and logo within 15 days.
Shipping
Physical items are shipped at additional cost, or can be collected at the gala ceremony.

Winners are selected solely through independent, merit-based jury evaluation — paying any fee never guarantees or influences the outcome. All prices are in US dollars and may vary by program, category and season. Award credits are valid only for the same-year program and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
