Restaurant GM of the Year is the headline award in the Restaurants & Dining group, recognising the complete restaurant General Manager — the leader whose command of the floor, the team and the numbers turns a dining room into a destination. Unlike our service-style categories, this honour celebrates all-round mastery across any concept: the consistency of service, the strength of the culture built behind the pass, and the operational and financial discipline that holds it all together. It is decided solely by an independent expert jury on merit, never by public voting.
