The Restaurant Leadership Award recognises the leader who shapes more than a menu — the one who sets a clear creative vision, builds and grows a team behind it, and turns a restaurant into a distinctive dining destination people travel for. Unlike awards focused on a single year's numbers or one cuisine, this category honours leadership itself: how a director or owner-operator develops talent, defines an identity, and sustains a thriving venue over time. Judged purely on merit by our independent jury, with no public voting.
