The Spa Excellence Award honours the spa operation that delivers consistently outstanding quality across every treatment, touchpoint and shift. Unlike the leadership-focused spa categories, this award looks at the operation as a whole — the standard of its therapy, the originality of its treatment menu, the smoothness of its booking and flow, and the satisfaction of the guests who experience it. It celebrates spas where excellence is engineered into daily practice, not left to chance, and where guests return because the experience is reliably exceptional.
Merit-based · Independent jury · No public voting. Winners are chosen on achievement alone, then celebrated at the gala on 14 November 2026 in Dubai.
