Wellness Leadership Award
The Wellness Leadership Award recognises the Wellness Director who leads with a clear holistic philosophy rather than a treatment menu. It honours leaders who design coherent wellness programming across the entire guest journey — movement, nutrition, sleep, mindfulness and recovery — and who shape culture, partnerships and outcomes so that wellbeing becomes central to how guests experience a property. This is recognition for visionary, whole-person leadership, judged independently and purely on merit.
Merit-based · Independent jury · No public voting. Winners are chosen on achievement alone, then celebrated at the gala on 14 November 2026 in Dubai.
